It's a little rainy this morning but warm in Cool Ridge, WV. This is my 1st blog. I have never done this before so bear with me as I hopefully improve in future bog posts. So A little about us I am one of the Twisted Sisters Patricia. My older sister Debbie is the other. We come from a large family (6 kids). We just picked names for Christmas and now with spouses, kids, grandkids we have 39 people in just are immediate family! ( I know OMG! LOL)

Our Momma is a widow since 1998(Dad lost his fight to cancer) and has just turned 90 years young on July 24th. She was the one who was the crafter. Momma could sew anything. She made our clothes, curtains and even reupholstered a couch and chairs. She could draw pretty well and paint but her true love was dolls.

She lives with me in her house which I bought and I would say they there are no fewer than 30 dolls in the house and she gave away many as she made them through the years. Unfortunately Momma ws diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2008. She is in the last stages now. She has not been able to sew or crafts for over 10op years.

She can still walk but does not know us and talks very little now. I am her caregiver and Deb helps me a lot. We miss the Momma that raised us but everyday she is with us is a blessing and I cherish them.

Deb and I love to craft and love each other. Yes we disagree and fight at times like any siblings but it never last long. We have this shop and a booth in a craft shop here in town (Beckley,WV). The owners our having a craft event tomorrow (Sat. Aug. 5, 2023). We changed our shop over to Fall/Autumn in preparation for this sale. We hope this will be a success for all the craftsers and the owners. Wish us luck!

Until next time......Trish
